Submit Intake Information

Our intake coordinators collect basic clinical history, insurance information, and the reason for referral. This process is simple, fast, and confidential.

Appointment Scheduled Within 48–72 Hours

Once intake is complete, we schedule an appointment with one of our licensed psychiatric providers—virtual or in-person depending on availability and patient preference.

Psychiatric Evaluation

During the first visit, patients receive a full assessment, diagnostic clarification, and a discussion of treatment options, including medications or additional services like TMS or EEG testing.

Treatment Plan Begins

We initiate treatment immediately if appropriate—whether that means prescribing medications, providing short-term stabilization, or offering advanced diagnostics.

Transition Planning

We support continuity of care by coordinating with referring facilities, therapists, or family members and making recommendations for long-term follow-up as needed.
